What should you do if the product is broken?...
Keep calm and contact us!
We import our products from certified suppliers of Xiaomi and other brands, so they are manufactured at high quality. However, we do believe something could go wrong unexpectedly.
Please follow the steps below to claim your warranty so we can process your request quickly.
1. Provide evidence of damage
Please write an email to us and let us know your order ID and provide a video or picture of damage, so we can diagnose it quickly. The vidoe should demonstrate the problem of the product, such product not turned on when pressing the power button etc.
2. Return postage
If you make your by Paypal, then you will be able to claim the return shipping fee up to £15. For more information about this, please visit the website https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns
If you do not pay by Paypal, then we will send you a shipping label when the return is approved.
3. Packing item
Please make sure you pack everything back to the parcel and add necessary foam if the product is fragile. Please send the item back with the original package if possible.
4. Product repair
Once we receive the item, our engineer will conduct a repair.
- if the item is broken due to manufactural defect, then we will provide free repair and it will take about about 5-10 working days to repair it depending on the conditions. In this case, the return postage will be covered by Paypal or by us.
- If the item is broken due to manual mistake, such as water damage or crash or unauthorised modification, then you will receive a quote for the repair. You can then choose whether you want your product to be repaired or not.
- If the item is concluded working and non-defective, the return postage and the postage we send it back to you are not covered by us.
Once the item is repaired, we will send it back to you.
