Return & Refund
At Aligo, we take customer service seriously, so we offer a 14 days return policy and 30 days refund guarantee if the item is broken within 30 days from the date of delivery and you decide not to repair it.
Please follow the following steps to start a return process.
1. Contact us
Please write an email to us and please include all information required: order ID and reasons of return. If the item is broken, please take a video and picture showing the problem so we can diagnose it quickly.
2. Return postage
If you make your by Paypal, then you will be able to claim the return shipping fee up to £15. For more information about this, please visit the website https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns
If you do not pay by Paypal, then if you want to return the products simply because you change your mind, you will need to cover the return shipping by yourself; If the item is broken, then the return postage is on us. We will send you a shipping label when the return is approved.
3. Packing item
Please make sure you pack everything back to the parcel and add necessary foam if the product is fragile. Please also keep the original package.
Items that may not be returned:
Unfortunately, we cannot take back earphones / earbuds/ toothbrushes that have already been used for hygiene reasons.
For the return due to change of mind, we will issue a full refund if the product is unused and the original package undamged. We will issue a partial refund if we find sign of use, missing accessories or original package damaged when we receive it. The amount of refund will be subject to our inspection and we will provide evidence with you and let you know the amount of refund.
For the return due to manufactural defects, we will provide a full refund or a replacement of the same item.
