We believe online shopping should be seamless and we make order and payment easily for you. We currently accept most major payment methods, Paypal, Visa, Master, Apple Pay American Expresswork etc.

Due to Covid-19, we need 1-2 working days to process your order, we will ship out your parcel when we can finish process your order.

Delivery

At Aligo, we believe fast shippign is the key to customer satisfaction, so we provide free second-day express shipping. You can say good-bye to China warehouse and no more long-waiting shipping from China.

When your order is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and you will able to track your order in our "Track Your Order" section. In case the item you order is out of stock or the parcel is delayed in transit, we will let you know immediately and keep you updated. Our courier will have three opportunities to delivery your parcel: when the first attempt is not successful, two more delivery attempts will follow up. We recommend you keep an eye on the shipping update and rearrange the date of delivery or select collection from a parcel shop. 

It is legal requirement that online orders should be shipped by a certified courier and a proof of delivery should be provided. Therefore, we do not provide collection for order placed online.
